Our home - 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom modern townhouse in a quiet gated complex.
Separate entry, large living and dining area
Separate kitchen with gas hob and under bench oven.
Separate laundry. Downstairs toilet.
Huge covered patio with gas BBQ
Grassed area behind double carport.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms - all with built in cupboards. Bed 1(large) has a balcony with Queen size bed + ensuite bathroom, Bed 2 has a Queen size bed. Bed 3 is used as the study with desks, computer, printer, skype phone, phone, fax, broadband. There is a separate bathroom.
All linen and towels provided
Car is a automatic Mitsubishi Verada ! Guests have unlimited use of the car.
5 minutes to train station (35 mins to City) 5 mins to gym. We have great public transport here in Brisbane.
Pool, BBQ's and tennis court in complex. Complex has onsite management
